Shipping policy

Creative Cafe likes to keep things simple for you and your business and that's why we offer flat rate shipping.

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane depot. We send Australia wide using StarTrack or TNT as they give us the flexibility to send to your home address or business, regardless of how rural you may be.

Order before 5pm (AEST) for next day dispatch.

$40 flat rate express shipping applies to all QLD, NSW, VIC, SA addresses.

WA, TAS, NT - Please contact us for a personalised quote as you fall outside our $40 flat rate shipping.

Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as it is processed and ready to be collected by our courier. You will be able to track as usual direct via courier websites.*If you think your order has been delayed/taking longer than expected please feel free to contact the courier company direct from your tracking page.

*Additional fees may apply if you live in a very rural area. Alternatively, we will contact you before dispatching your order to make sure our products can arrive safely. We can not send orders to PO Boxes so please take note when checking out. 

*Sample packs are only sent via regular Australia Parcel Post and not our express couriers like your future stock orders so they may take slightly longer. They are also only sent on a weekly basis as they are personally packed, rather than our daily bulk orders.
