You already know, both our businesses run on content, whether it is social media, websites or advertising, we all need to continually be creating and posting new content so we thought we'd join forces with our current community and give them the opportunity to earn real cash back on your next order simply by sharing content that you are probably already taking!
See below our Tiered Rewards based on quantity of content shared each month. Cash credit will be applied to your account at the end of each month and you will be notified via email when it's been added. Simply sign into your account when you place your next order to use.
how much can i earn?
BRONZE CREATOR (1-2 submissions/month) = $25 account credit per month
SILVER CREATOR (3-4 submissions/month) = $45 account credit per month
GOLD CREATOR (5+ submission/month) = $65 account credit per month
*Submissions can be either photos, videos or a mixture. These can either be sent privately or shared on social with our account added as a collaborator. Credits will be applied on the last day of each month.

Content Requirements:
- Cups or Straws used in content must be the most current designs (found on our website)
- Content should include action shots of coffee making, latte art, weekend specials or trending videos
- Content can be raw photos or videos supplied directly or completed social reels or posts adding us as Collaborator
- Content should be clear, well lit & high quality

Terms and Conditions
By submitting photos, videos or other content to Creative Cafe Company, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to provide it.
- You grant Creative Cafe Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share the content.
- The content may be used for marketing, online advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, printed materials, and other promotional purposes.
- Creative Cafe Company may edit, crop, resize, or adapt the content as required.
- No additional payment or compensation is required beyond any agreed store credit, discount, or reward provided through the Café Creator Program.
- You retain ownership of the original content.
- Creative Cafe Company may identify and credit your business where practical, but is not required to do so.
- You confirm that any people appearing in the content have consented to their image being used for these purposes.
- Credit will be applied to your current online account used to place orders. Credit will be applied at the end of each month based on how many submissions have been received.
- Creative Cafe reserves the right to amend cash credit value at any time. Credits are not able to be cashed out or transferred.
- Credits will be applied to your account linked to your email address as specified above. They will be added to your account on the last day of each month. You will receive an email when this has been applied and for how much. Cash credits do not expire.
