Creative Cafe's main warehouse is located in Morningside, Brisbane. 90% of our stock is held and shipped from here. We also have a small depot located in Townsville that caters for our North Qld customers.

We pride ourselves on our easy online ordering system. No account or application process needed, just place an order online just like you would normally.

Order before 1pm weekdays for next day dispatch. From there a courier will collect and you'll be sent your tracking link via email so you can closely watch when your new coffee cups are coming. Most East Coast deliveries take 2-4 business days as an estimate. (Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a pressing deadline and need clarification.)

If you are located close to our 2 depots, if ordered before 1pm, delivery is usual next day.

We ship by the carton so you only need to order 1 box at a time, but as we offer competitive Flat Rate shipping it's a good idea to consolidate future orders to help reduce your overall shipping costs.

We currently do not offer by the sleeve.

We don't offer afterpay due to the high fees but we do offer PAYPAL at checkout and they offer a Pay in 4 option that is the same as afterpay if you would like to pay off your order. Check with your paypal account if you are eligible.

Our website prices are direct to cafe or 'wholesale'. Even though anyone can place an order on our website the minimum order quantity is a full carton (1,000pcs) so all pricing reflects this.

We may from time to time have 1 carton available for sale that we have removed a few sleeves from for marketing and sample purposes. Rest assure the remaining carton is still in perfect condition. Full cartons are 1,000pcs/20 sleeves. See price above for whats left of the box and the price is marked accordingly.

We offer a heavily subsidised competitive Flate Rate shipping of $65 to most areas Australia wide.

If you have a commercial address available to you please use it at checkout and include your cafe opening times for the courier.

We will contact you via email if we need to discuss alternative options. (Sometimes we may need you to collect from a location tnt depot if you only have a residential address.)

If you live in WA, NT or TAS please email us for a custom quote.

If your address is local/close to our 2 depots (Brisbane or Townsville) our inhouse delivery truck will deliver direct to you within 2 days and no tracking is available.

If you are outside of our local depot area and haven't receive a tracking link via email please contact us so we can resend.

Creative Cafe coffee cups are proudly Certified Home Compostable to Australian Standard AS5810. They are also Australian Certified Commercially Compostable.

Each design lasts approx 2-3 months depending on how loved she is, she might sell out faster. Then a new design will be released in its place.

Short answer is yes. Our 8,12,16,20oz cups are 90mm standard and our 6oz cup is 80mm. Most standard lids in these sizes should fit but unfortunately we cannot guarantee they will fit securely. We personally test all our lids to make sure they fit securely and are leak proof and will only honour any returns/refunds in this regards when both our cups and lids are used together. Please order a sample pack to try with your current lids to make sure you have a secure fit.

Our coffee cups, sugarcane lids, flat cold lids & straws can all be placed in your home compost, garden or general bin.

Plastic lids & clear dome lids need to be removed from their cup and placed in a recycle bin.

All other states currently have no bans in place yet.

We don't currently offer custom designs/logo branded cups. A great alternative is to have logo stickers created that you can then add to your cups, instead of stamping etc.

Each carton is already pre-mixed with 2 designs in each as pictured above. Each cup size also features its own unique design therefore across 3 cup sizes you'll receive 6 different designs. You are unable to receive 1 particular design across all sizes.
