What is the Favourites Collection?
Our Favourites Collection is a collaboration with By Green bringing together a collection of our previously released Creative Cafe designs. A mix of 2 designs you may already know and love (pictured).
*They differ from our regular straws as they don't change regularly, staying the same designs for approx 12mths.The cartons for our favourites collection are also dual branded as part of our collaboration.

Our couriers deliver Australia wide from either our Brisbane or Townsville depots.
Order before 11am (AEST) for next day dispatch.
$69 flat rate shipping applies to all QLD, NSW, VIC, SA addresses.
Fees may apply for remote/rural areas. We will try our best to accommodate all addresses so we will be in touch with you via email if we need to discuss options. Feel free to message us with your address before ordering if you feel your town might be affected.

Frequently Asked Questions
Order & Products
Order before 1pm weekdays for next day dispatch. From there a courier will collect and you'll be sent your tracking link via email so you can closely watch when your new coffee cups are coming. Most East Coast deliveries take 2-4 business days as an estimate.
We ship by the carton so you only need to order 1 box at a time, but as we offer competitive Flat Rate shipping it's a good idea to consolidate future orders to help reduce your overall shipping costs.
We currently do not offer by the sleeve.
Each carton includes 1 designer print as pictured above. Only our cups are pre-mixed with 2 designs in each box.
Our straws have been created 33% thicker than standard paper straws. We have added an extra layer of paper so you and your customers can sip for longer.
Each design lasts approx 2-3 months depending on how loved she is she might sell out faster. Then a new design will be released in its place.
